мск. пришло в постамат за две недели. коврик офигенен. иголки ощутимо острые. распределение иголок достаточно частое, отлично подходит для новичков. внутри коврика примерно 2см слой поролона, который можно вытащить - чехол с иголками на липучках. имеет смысл под коврик в районе поясницы класть ещё что-то мягкое и объемное, иначе вес распределяется чисто на лопатки и верхнюю часть жопы) подушка имеет молнию, так же можно вытащить поролон и постирать игольчатый чехол. скорее всего можно стирать только вручную в еле теплой воде.
