Действительно полезный тренажёр - укрепляет руки. Хорошо, что не нужны батарейки. Просто нужно поймать момент сопротивления и круговыми движениями стараться удержать шар. Единственный минус то, что продавец перепутал модель. Заказывал с подсветкой, а прислал обычный.
